What does it cost to set up a store?
Storefront setup, product photos at signup and your personal landing page with SEO, social links and live chat are free, and there is no monthly fee. Grabll keeps a 4% transaction fee on each order, which covers card processing and payouts. Customers pay your prices; the fee is never added on top.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, a simple partnership agreement. Our team goes through it with you before your store goes live, so there are no surprises.
Who sets the prices?
You do. You set your own prices and inventory, plus your delivery fees and minimum order.
Do I have to deliver orders myself?
No. With Grabll Delivery you just pack the order and a Grabll driver picks it up and brings it to your customer, as soon as it's ready or in the time slot they chose. Already deliver yourself? Keep your own delivery fees and times, or offer both. Customers can always choose pickup too.
I don't have product photos. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our team lists your products and takes your photos for you at signup.
Who handles payments and customer questions?
You prepare the orders. Grabll handles payments and customer support.
How do I get repeat customers?
Use subscriptions, customer following, promo codes, product packages and email campaigns, all built into your Grabll store. We also give you a QR sign for your stand and can email your existing customers an invitation to order from you online.
How fast can I add products?
Take 3 photos and type one line like "organic tomatoes, $4/lb". AI writes the title, description, category, tags and a suggested price, and can clean up your photo or remove the background.
Is there a paid plan?
It's optional. Grabll Pro ($59/month, cancel anytime) adds an AI shopping assistant for your store, missed-sales and customer-request insights, Grabll+ member prices and a lower ads fee (10% instead of 15%). You can also have our team run Google and Instagram/Facebook ads on a monthly budget you choose.
